Frequently asked questions
How are working hours calculated?
The calculator counts the working days (Monday–Friday) between your two dates, then multiplies by the workday length you set — for example, an 8-hour day.
Can I set a custom workday start and end time?
Yes, the workday hours are adjustable, so a 9-to-5 schedule and a 7-to-3 schedule produce different, correctly scaled totals.
Does it exclude weekends automatically?
Yes, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the working-hours total by default, the same as the Business Days Calculator.
