Your half birthday is your date of birth shifted six calendar months forward — not simply 182 or 183 days later, but the same day-of-month six months on, the same convention most half-birthday trackers use. If your birth date doesn't exist six months later (born on the 31st, landing in a 28-, 29- or 30-day month), the date is clamped to that month's last day.
